Power Loss Calculation Toolbox

Schematic Editor functionalities available through the Power Loss Calculation Toolbox

Real-time only: This document is valid only for real-time/VHIL simulation.

The Power Loss Calculation Toolbox is an additional toolbox that enables seminconductor power loss calculation. It implements functionalities within a variety of converter blocks that ensure that both switching and conduction losses are calculated. Switching losses are implemented as a function of current, voltage, and temperature and are defined through lookup tables.

Below is the list of all Schematic Editor components enabled for real-time modeling of power loss calculation by unlocking the Power Loss Calculation Toolbox:
