IEC 60870 Protocol Toolbox

Schematic Editor components available through the IEC 60870 Protocol Toolbox

Real-time only: This document is valid only for real-time/VHIL simulation.

The IEC 60870 Protocol Toolbox is an additional toolbox that contains components that mimic the communication layers in IEC 60870 applications. By simulating the communication layer of your high-fidelity model, you can minimize the risk of related issues during the deployment phase.

Please refer to the IEC 60870 Server documentation for a detailed description of the full capabilities of the iec 60870 Protocol toolbox.

The IEC 60870 Server component is available through the Schematic Editor Library Explorer in Communication/IEC 60870/.
