EtherCAT Protocol Toolbox

Schematic Editor components available through the EtherCAT Protocol Toolbox

Real-time only: This document is valid only for real-time/VHIL simulation.

The EtherCAT Protocol Toolbox is an additional toolbox that contains components that mimic the communication layers in EtherCAT applications. By simulating the communication layer of your high-fidelity model, you can minimize the risk of related issues during the deployment phase.

Please refer to the EtherCAT Protocol documentation for a detailed description of the full capabilities of the EtherCAT Protocol toolbox.

The EtherCAT Slave and Master components are available through the Schematic Editor Library Explorer in Communication/EtherCAT/.
