IO Voltage Levels
Overview of the voltage limits and protection measures for the analog and digital IOs on HIL604 hardware devices
HIL output stages are designed to minimize the possibility of accidentally damaging the IO stage, which is done at the price of the output driving capacity. For that reason, the output stages can only drive high impedance inputs.
When the simulation is not running, the analog and digital outputs are set to 0 as the default value.
Absolute Maximum Ratings
Warning: Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage
to the device. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended
periods may affect device reliability.
