The toolbar panel contains the most commonly used commands:

Upload image
Undo
Redo
Move line down by 1px
Move line up by 1px
Move line left by 1px
Move line right by 1px
Remove all data
Automatically align axes and extract data

The menu bar contains these same actions, organized in corresponding menus. In addition, the menu bar contains the:

Auto align axes action, which automatically aligns axes to match uploaded chart image.
Auto extract data action, which automatically populates data to match uploaded chart image.
Rotate image actions, which rotates the uploaded image for 90 degrees.
Flip image actions, which flips the uploaded image either horizontally or vertically.
Move chart actions, which move the chart area precisely.
Help action, which links to the Lookup table extraction tool documentation.
Reset dock positions action, which returns all dock widgets to default position.
Reset application state action, which returns the application to initial state.
