    • Creator 6 questions Under Creator department your will develop and test applications using Typhoon HIL toolchain. Here you get to exercise and expand your domain-specific knowledge, as well as develop Typhoon-specific expertise. Besides raising your skills the additional benefit of contributing the Creator department is opportunity to have the fruits of your creative work officially published and promoted through HIL Academy and Typhoon HIL channels (official software releases, software package at HIL Marketplace, documentation, blog and social network posts).
    • Helper 4 questions Great customer support does not happen without strong helper mentality. Problem-solving is what gets you noticed, but to support others first you must be able to support yourself. This department will give you a glimpse of the application engineer's world. The engineering part of the challenge is most interdisciplinary and realistic in this department. Previous hands-on experience with Typhoon HIL is a must to be able to make a difference. Besides that, you will have a soft skill challenge when needing to analyze the problem, differentiate relevant from irrelevant, unwrap the client's mind and ultimately make the client happy with your solution.
    • Communicator 0 questions In this department your presentation and communication skills are put to the test. One example of the task in this department would be to record your demo of the project done in the Creator department. Other examples may be to record a tutorial or write a blog article. If the work you produce receive high evaluation by the review team it will be published with your credits and permission on HIL Academy and Typhoon HIL marketing channels. Another professional reference for you for positions where communication is essential!
    • Educator 0 questions If not the most advanced, then it is probably the most demanding department in terms of effort and time. Experience in teaching and an educational (preferably academic) background will be needed to make any meaningful attempt to create and run a course on HIL academy. If you want to run your own online training, workshop or hackathon based on Typhoon HIL platform, some organizational skill, or at least a knack for event organization, would make sense to have beforehand.
