Besides that, you will have a soft skill challenge when needing to analyze the problem, differentiate relevant from irrelevant, unwrap the customer's mind and ultimately make it happy with your solution.

Experience in teaching and an educational (preferably academic) background will be needed to make any meaningful attempt to create and run a course on HIL academy. If you want to run your own online training, workshop or hackathon based on Typhoon HIL platform, some organizational skill, or at least a knack for event organization, would make sense to have beforehand.
