The hardware for HIL404 cannot be switched on. The LED exists at the front side of the hardware doesn't light up. Power cable has been connected to the socket and the socket works perfectly fine as I have tested it already with other electrical appliances. The red power button has already been pressed (supposedly after that, the LED light up). When the ethernet cable is connected to the PC, the light also did not light up, indicating the power supply did not reach the HIL404. How to solve this issue and what could be the problem?

The LED should light up after you press the red power button at the back. Can you confirm that you're using a 12V 5A adapter? Maybe the adapter is faulty. Can you confirm the 12V at its output?

Yes, I already press the red power button and I am using a 12V 5A adapter. But the LED of the HIL404 did not light up

In that case, the only thing I can propose is to connect the Typhoon Support directly. It seems like a hardware issue which they can provide support on.
