we are encountering intermittent connection issues between the Typhoon HIL software and hardware. Are there known factors or settings that can affect the stability of the communication link?

Greetings,

If you are connecting to your HIL device using USB, and in Device Manager you see that Connection status is NOT Connected, don't worry! You can learn more about what this means on this link.

If you are still experiencing issues with the USB connection during simulation or if it disconnects randomly, try connecting to a USB hub that has its own power supply.
