Logging test session events

When running tests using Typhoon Test Hub, adding the argument --tth-live to the pytest call invokes logging significant events during a test session (start and finish of a test session and start and finish of a test execution). Typhoon Officer has the ability to capture these logs and forward them to Typhoon Test Hub. This allows Typhoon Test Hub to show live results of pytest test session in UI as a part of live execution monitoring page.
